Jesus Christ is the
Consolation
< < Comfort ye,
comfort ye my people, saith your God. Speak ye comfortably to
Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that
her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD'S hand
double for all her sins. > >, Isaiah 40:1-2. This is the
scripture on which we cordially greet you in the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ our comforter, our peace, our Joy, and our Safety! He is
all that we need! Yes and Amen.
Since the entrance of
the Lord Jesus Christ on the scene; This prophetic word was
accomplished. He shouted and said < < Come unto me, all ye that
labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. > >,
Matthew 11:28. When He says < < You all > > that means it is really
addressed to each and every one who is tired and heavy laden by
this world, by the organized religions of Pharisees, Sadducees,
modern Sanhedrin and of the life without Christ.
For instance, when we
read Deuteronomy 23: 3, we find that the law of Moses condemned and
excluded a good number of people to even enter the temple. Then the
scripture says: < < For there is not a just man upon earth, that
doeth good, and sinneth not. > >, Ecclesiastes 7:20, it says
elsewhere that : < < For all have sinned, and come short of the
glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the
redemption that is in Christ Jesus…> >, Romans 3: 23-24.
Therefore, the entrance of Jesus Christ on the scene has opened a
new day; Saint Paul , reminds us and says: < <
Be it known unto you therefore, men
brothers, that it is by Him, Jesus Christ, that the forgiveness of
sins is announced to you, and that whoever believes is justified by
Him of all the things of which you could not be justified by the law
of Moses > >, Acts 13: 38-39.
What the apostle says is of so great importance that any person, it
does not matter what he has already done as sin, would be suicidal
to refuse this consolation, unmerited grace that is offered to us
since the Lord came in flesh. We all are invited to leave the
religious traditions of men and to honestly accept Christ our
Consolation. He is the pure Word of God, and not the interpretations. It
is time to stop any hypocrisy consisting in being called Christian
whereas one continues to soil his self in his thoughts and his
actions < < dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all
filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear
of God. > > 2 Corinthians 7:1.
Indisputably,
throughout the Ministry of Jesus Christ, it was clear and abvious
that every one could be comforted: He comforted all those that
believed in Him, and He did it without being concerned with their
past but, said to them: < < Go, and from now on don’t sin any
more > >, John 8: 11, Romans 6:1-2. And, He clarifies < < I
am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me
should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and
believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but
to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words,
hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same
shall judge him in the last day.> >, John 12: 46-48. It is then
manifest that when one believes in the True word of God, one
receives the grace, consolation and the forgiveness of sin in Jesus
Christ while, when one refuses the biblical truth and perseveres on
fables monk then, one receives the judgment of God. And the same
true Word that one had refused will catch you up at last Judgment
described in Apocalypses 20: 11-15. Therefore, we must live
according to the will of God and accept His forgiveness when we are
still alive. Prayers on corpse, masses for dead and purgatories are
practices spiritually anesthetics because, they don’t have any
biblical foundation and they let people live in a total illusion.
Before Jesus Christ,
the Lord was comforting His people through His messengers. That is
why we can affirm that it was Christ in Moses to comfort the
children of Israel according the commission of God < < Now
therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto
me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians
oppress them. Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh,
that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of
Egypt. > > Exodus 3:9. It required Christ in David etc. In
short, all true prophets were anointed of Christ in order to comfort
the people of God. Then, after the prophet John the Baptist, the
Lord Himself took a human body as Emmanuel, God with us, to comfort
and not to judge Isaiah 7:14.
Now we would like to
draw your attention on the fact that this function of Comforter
never ceased. It continues by the Holy Spirit through the 5
ministries described in Ephesians 4: 11-12, it is always to comfort,
edify. It is written: < < And he gave some, apostles; and some,
prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For
the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the
edifying of the body of Christ > >. In the Word Edification, is
included consolation. It means that:
Any Ministry inspired by God: Apostle,
prophet, evangelist, pastor or teacher is sent to continue to
preach the same word as Christ, to comfort like Christ, to edify
like Christ and not to condemn the people.
But, we are even weeping to note
that many listen to the word of God for their own judgment rather
than to accept the consolation contained therein. The Lord says: < <
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but
that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him
is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already,
because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of
God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the
world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds
were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither
cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that
doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made
manifest, that they are wrought in God. > >, John 3:18-21.
In fact, we all are
called to comfort each other; In our relationship with others, in
our place of work, in our household etc. we should always ask our
self: Is what I’ am doing or speaking edifying others? Even the
verses of the bible or quotations are not to be used to denigrate
others. Where ever the knowledge of the word of God is used without
correcting love and humility, there is no holy spirit involved. We
all are supposed to be anointed in order to be even called <
Christians > but, it is sad to realize that nowadays many are those
who are even ministering without being anointed by the Holy Ghost.
Ministering without having any experience with God. Yes it is true;
Many are those that are foreigners to the supernatural and are
preaching the Gospel based on good but carnal intentions, and
relaying on flesh, Job 32: 7-9. Many are foreigners and are not of
any comfort to the people says the Lord, they mislead people,
Jeremiah 23:32. The word of the Lord is supposed to be testified by
a new and regenerated man, and not by the same sinner man who has
retained verses and quotations of the prophet of God.
When a true servant of
God points out that in the Holy Bible no believer has ever been
baptized differently than by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus
Christ; This is not to condemn anyone. But, to give to people the
opportunity to honor the authentic commandment of God. On the
other hand, it is a desired condemnation when one voluntarily seeks a
group that will help disobey God and say: < < the baptism or the
manner of being baptized are useless... Believe and that’s all... >
>. Whereas, for Jesus, and the apostles, the manner of being
baptized was very significant.
When a true servant of God points out that
a woman who dresses slightly, exposing her body commits a sin, this
is not to condemn. It is rather to prevent her so that she does not
end up to answer, to the Lord, about the adultery that she never
maybe done physically but, spiritually with men that she incited to
lust with. Because she was almost naked; Men have imagined having
her in bed. He said: < < But I say unto you, That whosoever
looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with
her already in his heart.> > Mat. 5:28. These are filths of the
spirit whereas << God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must
worship him in spirit and in truth.>> John 4: 24.
When a true servant of
God points out that man must love his wife and that the woman must
be submitted to her husband; this is not to condemn those who did
not love their wife and have divorced, nor to condemn separated
woman either. But, it is expressed to prevent people from
perpetrating bad behavior because, God will avenge any injustice and
any disorder, including in marriage. Please, we invite Christian
families to read and practice the advices of Saint Paul in Ephesians
5: 22-33.
Therefore, beloved,
when we bring everything back on the biblical base, it is not to
condemn anyone, no my brothers, it is the responsibility of any true
sentinel, even small that he can be, God always says to him: < <
Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel:
therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.
When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest
him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked
way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his
iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Yet if thou
warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his
wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered
thy soul. Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his
righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock
before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning,
he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done
shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin
not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is
warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul. > > Ezekiel 3:17-21.
So we are nothing but, your sentinels established by God. The Holy
Spirit will certainly testify to you that the word that we preach
comes directly from the Throne of the grace of God! Yes and Amen. It
is a consolation to be informed before it is too late! It is on the
other hand the Devil who misleads some people that < when it
contradicts the traditions in which they grew, it is a judgment
against them… >. We beg you to defy the Devil in standing from now
on for biblical doctrines thus, get in the group of those who obey
fully to God as were the apostles, prophets and all true believers.
Amen.
< < And the times
of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every
where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he
will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath
ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he
hath raised him from the dead.... > > Acts 17:30-31.
< < Cast away from
you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make
you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of
Israel ? > >, Ezekiel 18: 31. Accept your consolation from God
today.
May God bless you
!
